Our story
Erin Cooper is a leader in laser aesthetics and the medical spa industry. She is the founder and CEO of Med-Surg Academy and Co-Owner of Ageless Beauty & Wellness. She created a platform to empower professionals with advanced training in laser technologies, medical aesthetics, and skincare.
Leslie Johnson is Co-Owner of Med-Surg Academy and the founder and Medical Director of Ageless Beauty & Wellness. A former ER nurse, she's dedicated over 20 years to patient advocacy while earning advanced medical degrees, establishing herself in the medical aesthetics training field specializing in injectables.
After meeting at an industry event, Erin and Leslie joined forces, driven by a passion for education, entrepreneurship, and patient care. Their shared vision led to the launch of
Med-Surg Aesthetics & Laser Academy and Ageless Beauty & Wellness, pioneering the nation’s first medical aesthetics internship program.
